Prof. Adipudi Srinivas Rao, of Fashion Management Studies NIFT Hyderabad, presented a research paper co-authored with his Ph.D. scholar, Ms. Shagun Tewari, titled "Economic Sustainability of Traditional Crafts: A Case Study on Moonj Craft" at the 5th International Conference on Entrepreneurship and Business Sustainability. The conference, organized by the Youth Empowerment and Research Association (YERA), was held at Shebutse College, Bhutan, from May 3-5, 2024.
Prof. T.Srivani, Associate professor, Department of Fashion Technology , NIFT,Hyderabad, participated during the period 3-6 April 2023, in the 25th annual IFFTI conference was held in Aotearoa, New Zealand, hosted by Otago Polytechnic in partnership with mana whenua Ngai Tahu in Ōtepoti, Dunedin in the beautiful South Island - Te Wai Pounamu. The paper addresses the key environmental issues related to the conventional reduction of indigo and studies undertaken
Dr. G. Chiranjeevi Reddy, Professor of Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories at NIFT Hyderabad, presented a paper titled "Inculcating Creativity: A Study on the Creative Abilities of Educators in the Field of Design" at the 2nd Paris Conference on Education (PCE 2023), held at Maison de la Chimie in Paris, France, from June 15th to June 18th, 2023. The conference was organised by The International Academic Forum (IAFOR).
The paper titled "Quality Education: Fostering Characteristics of Creativity for Sustainable Development" was presented from June 25th to June 27th, 2023, at the Advanced Research Centre in Glasgow, United Kingdom.
