NIFT Panchkula celebrated its Graduation day for final year students of Master of Fashion Management & Master of Design courses on 31st of May, 2023. It was the second graduating batch of MFM called ‘The Bottom Line: A Showcase of Graduation Research Projects’ and the first graduating batch of M.Des called ‘Samanvay: A Showcase of Design Research and & Innovation Project’. The event was inaugurated by the Chief guest Sh. Inder Mohan Jit Singh Sidhu, President, and Director In-charge of Vardhman Textiles Limited.

The event highlighted the research and exploration of ideas done by students of M. Des and the MFM department. Prof. (Dr.) Amandeep Singh Grover, Director, NIFT Panchkula, appreciated the efforts of graduating students and their respective faculty members in putting so much effort into completing their graduation. He advised, "The world is changing fast, and students have to update and upgrade themselves according to the industry” he also called all passing students as the Brand ambassador of the NIFT Panchkula campus. Ms. Kritika Bajaj, Ms. Arzoo Hans, and Ms. Punya Gulati from the Master of Fashion Management received the Graduation Project awards and from the Master of Design, Ms. Sweta Ramesh Bhai Chavda, Ms. Navodita Seth, and Ms. Swantika Labh received Graduation Project awards. The event's Chief guest Sh. Inder Mohan Jit Singh Sidhu appreciated each student's research project, he also interacted with the students during poster presentation. During his address to the students, he advised students to keep on learning during their work in the industry and be good managers to perform a new role in the industry.
