Brief Introduction -

Mr. Praveen Srivastava joined National Institute of Fashion Technology as an Assistant Professor in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories Department in August’ 2014. Mr. Praveen’s research interests skate the intersection between Technology, Design, Ergonomics, Manufacturing and Production Engineering. His interests include different technical software like IMEX (CMG), Pan System, for gas, Matbal, Sensor & Fekete, CAD/CAM & Auto-CAD. Before joining NIFT, Mr. Praveen worked as Assistant Professor in Department of Mechanical Engineering at Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology, Raebareli from August’ 2007 to August’ 2014. Mr. Praveen is pursuing Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He has completed his M.Tech. in Production Engineering (Petroleum) from the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Raebareli and B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology (CSA University Kanpur).

Awards:-Pandit Krishna Bihari Bajpai Award 1999 by UP Govt.Institutes Silver Medal 2010 for highest performance in M. Tech. (RGIPT, Ministry of Petroleum, Govt. of India)
