NIFT Bengaluru actively collaborates with international institutions and is the most preferred campus for exchange students. Year after year, the campus welcomes students from Ensait France and STF Switzerland.
NIFT Bengaluru conducts an exclusive 2-week short-term academic program customized for STF students as per their requirements. This has been successfully running for more than a decade. The Ensait France students also take up their semester exchange at NIFT Bengaluru in fashion management, design, and technology. The institute has also hosted students from Saxion University in the Netherlands. 
The Institute also witnesses many of its students regularly selected for exchange programs at the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York; ENSAIT, France; NABA and PDM, Italy; and KEA  Denmark,  Bunka, Japan to name a few.
