Dr. Kaustav Sengupta is the Associate Professor of NIFT chennai and Director Insights for VisioNxt project by Ministry of Textiles, Govt. Of India. Dr. Kaustav has published more than 29 papers and articles in the domain of design, fashion, and youth psychology. He heads the foundation program at NIFT Chennai. - Mr. Beeraka Chalapathi, Asso. Prof.,
Mr.Beeraka Chalapathi is an Associate Professor in Accessory Design Department, NIFT Chennai, who has trained in Central leather research institute specialising in Bags and leather accessories and did Masters in Business management. He is specialized in understanding of the forms and form development process. He has special skills in actualisation of forms using deferent construction methods. He quotes “ Form is not an object it is mix of emotions” - Ms. Shweta Jagadesh, Asst. Prof.,
Shweta Jagadesh is an Assistant Professor and Centre Coordinator in Department of Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories Design NIFT-Chennai. She has completed her Bachelors in Drawing & Painting Honors and Textile Designing (Printing) and Master of Design from NIFT. She is proficient in Product Design and Development with her 16 years of professional experience in industry and academics. - Mr. Uday Raj, Asst. Prof.
Uday Raj . R is an Assistant Professor in Accessory Design Department, NIFT Chennai who has done Bachelors and Masters in Fine Art ( santiniketan West Bengal) respectively. He holds a strong competency in visual art and digital art based subjects at the Institution and holds a specialisation on working with art and materials its use ,properties and behaviour in perspective to construct design models and art installations.
