Banjara jewellery is a striking, culturally rich adornment style featuring intricate metalwork, bells, and layered chains that reflect the vibrant heritage and nomadic artistry of the Banjara community.

Artisans work collaboratively in their local settlements (tandas) to pool their talents, share traditional skills, and create high-quality handcrafted items collectively.

The cluster creates a wide range of handcrafted items, including mirror-embroidered textiles, traditional Banjara jewelry, cowrie-shell wall hangings, colorful tassels, pouches, bags, and modern fashion accessories.

Rooted in the nomadic lifestyle of the Banjara people, the jewellery was traditionally crafted from silver, coins, and found objects, serving as wearable wealth, cultural identity, and festive storytelling.
