Placement Process at NIFT – 2026
NIFT follows a centralized placement model, enabling companies to recruit from any campus and across all programs through a streamlined and transparent system.
Pre-Placement Offers (PPO)
Organizations may extend PPOs based on internships, graduation projects, or training engagements. All offers must meet NIFT’s eligibility criteria and be registered through the Campus Management System (CMS).
Phase I – On-Campus Placements
On-campus placements will be conducted at designated campuses, allowing structured interaction and recruitment.
Phase II – Online Placements
An online placement window will facilitate additional recruitment opportunities, ensuring flexibility and extended access to talent.
Eligibility Criteria for Firms
Companies registered under the Companies Act (1956/2013), multinational corporations, global enterprises, export houses, manufacturing units, retail organizations, design studios, technology firms, and allied sector organizations are eligible to participate.
