Kannur campus has won the Kerala State Pollution Control award four times in a row now for our efforts in controlling pollution. 

Under the NIFT policy of Semester Exchange programme with various international institutions, 06 students went on semester exchange with 04 institutes; 03 in France, 02 in Australia and 01 each in Italy and Scotland. The Campus actively promoted design and craft intervention in various clusters in Kerala to suggest suitable skill and production enhancement measures which can assist the grass-root level workers in empowering themselves and thereby strengthening the dignity of artisans. All such intervention studies have been well documented by the students.
