Orientation Programme 2024 for Freshers

  • Orientation Programme 2024 will be held from July 31st to August 02nd , 2024.
  • The academic session will start from 05.08.2024.
  • All the students are required to bring your Provisional letter of Admissions, and report at the  Campus on 29th & 30thfrom 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM for document verification

         Please ensure that all the students carry the following documents:-

  1. All CERTIFTCATES lN ORIGINAL to support Educational Qualifications and Category Certificates for verification [The Original Certificates will be returned after verification on the same day.]
  2. 2 Sets of self-attested copy of Certificates
  3. 4 Passport size Photographs
  4. All Annexures as applicable in Original to be Submitted

 

  • As it is a rainy season in Kannur, please come along with the necessary accessories like an umbrella/ raincoat…etc.

Please download the following Documents to be submitted by the student at the time of Orientation Programme 2024

a) Supporting Documents

b) Students Profile, Undertaking form, Group insurance policy form

c) Procedure for Hostel Accomodation (only for Girls)

  1. Download Form No:10
  2. Pay a hostel fee of Rs.58000/- online (Account detail mentioned in form 10)
  3. Send form 10 and transaction receipt to accounts.kannur@nift.ac.in
  4. You will receive a fee paid receipt from the accounts section (ref. image attached)
  5. Download Form No:1, 2A,2B & 3 and fill it.
  6. Finally, send the scanned copy of all the above-filled forms (Form 10, 1, 2A,2B, 3 & fee paid receipt received from the account section to the following mail id: girlshostel.kannur@nift.ac.in  & jdoffice.kannur@nift.ac.in  for confirmation of the hostel room.
