The NIFT Patna campus transformed into a sanctuary of tranquility as faculty and staff gathered to celebrate the International Day of Yoga 2026. Bathed in the soft morning sunlight, the central lawns shimmered with rows of yoga mats, setting a serene stage for an event centered on physical alignment, inner calm, and collective harmony.
Guided by the overarching theme, Yoga for Healthy Ageing, the session served as a gentle, powerful reminder that holistic wellness is a continuous, lifelong pursuit.
