As part of industry connects students go for industry visits around the year to industrial hubs of Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Firozabad, Moradabad, Noida etc. Also experts from industries are invited to the institute to give lectures.
After 6th Semester students of all department go for Industry internship of 8 week. And in 8th semester students have to do Graduating projects/Design Collection with industry.
NIFT Raebareli students get access and opportunities to participate in centralised placement every year at NIFT placement hub. Students go in diverse type of industries of Design, Manufacturing and Marketing.

Fashion Design (FD) Department students got opertunities in Crazy Denims, Banswara Syntex Limited, Triveni Sares & Ethnics, Future Group Retails, Fashion Solution, Sasti Vangapoli Couture, Vanya Designers, Bonoraganik, Reliance Ajio, Tiber Taber.
