महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय (डब्ल्यूसीडी) ने कार्यस्थल पर यौन उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों की रिपोर्ट करने के लिए ऑनलाइन पोर्टल शी-बॉक्स,http://www.shebox.nic.in/, को लिंक किया है। एक बार जब शिकायत पोर्टल पर जमा हो जाती है, तो इसे सीधे कार्यस्थल पर महिलाओं के यौन उत्पीड़न (रोकथाम, निषेध और निवारण) अधिनियम (एसएच अधिनियम), 2013 के तहत गठित आंतरिक शिकायत समिति (आईसीसी) को राष्ट्रीय संस्थान के पास भेजा जाएगा। फैशन प्रौद्योगिकी श्रीनगर के पास शिकायत (शिकायतों) की जांच करने का अधिकार क्षेत्र है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से, डब्ल्यूसीडी के साथ-साथ शिकायतकर्ता आईसीसी द्वारा की गई जांच की प्रगति की निगरानी कर सकते हैं
The Ministry of Women and Child Development (WCD) has linked She-Box, http://www.shebox.nic.in/, the online portal to report complaints of Sexual Harassment at Workplace. Once a complaint is submitted to the portal, it will be directly sent to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) constituted under Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act (the SH Act), 2013, of National Institute of Fashion Technology Srinagar having jurisdiction to inquire into the complaint(s). Through this portal, WCD as well as complainant can monitor the progress of inquiry conducted by the ICC.
