Aadisha Shrivastava is a design educator and textile researcher specializing in fabric planning, woven structure design, and sustainable product development. She teaches design fundamentals, material and surface exploration and trends and fashion; drawing upon industry and academic experience. 

Her research centers on circular design systems, technical textiles, and waste management in clothing. She is pursuing a Ph.D. in Clothing and Textiles at MSU Baroda, focusing on recycling practices in the textile industry. Her scholarly contributions include a Springer Nature publication on textiles for anti-gravity exploration, conference presentations on sustainable Indian brands and conceptualised and co-edited many vocational textbooks and video lectures during her tenure at PSSCIVE, NCERT.

She actively participates in craft cluster development, curriculum innovation, and vocational skill-building programs. She has served as a knowledge expert for NABARD-backed training initiatives and collaborated with TRIFED to implement product development strategies for artisan clusters. Her creative pursuits include traditional handloom weaving, craft documentation, and educational content development.
