Reference collections, periodicals, non-print materials such as audio-visual materials, costumes, textiles, accessories and related materials are not issued out
Overdue Charges
All members : Rs. 5.00 per day for the first 3 days
Rs. 10.00 per day thereafter
The due date will also be counted for overdue fines.
Reservation of books
You may reserve a book by sending an online request or submit a request at the circulation counter.
Penalty for Loss of Book(s)
In case of loss of a book borrowed by a member, he/she will either replace the same title* or pay three times the cost of the book with overdue fines.
( same or later edition of the title only acceptable)
Penalty for Pilferage
If any member is caught carrying any unissued material out of RC, he/she will pay the fine applicable at the circulation counter. The member will be debarred for six months only.
