Arvind Kumar Madheshiya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion and Lifestyle Accessory at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Raipur. He has over 11 years of academic experience in product design, engineering, and design education. He received his M.Tech. in Product Design and Development from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad. His expertise spans product design, digital modeling, physical prototyping, additive manufacturing (3D printing), CAD/CAM, design innovation, and manufacturing technologies. He is proficient in Rhino 3D, Fusion 360, CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and MATLAB, integrating digital design, prototyping, and product development into design education.

His research interests include product design, additive manufacturing, sustainable product development, biodiesel tribology, and alternative fuels. He has published an SCI-indexed research paper in the journal Fuel and has presented research at national and international conferences. He actively participates in faculty development programmes and academic collaborations to advance design education and innovation.

Mr. Madheshiya mentors students in product design, digital modeling, physical prototyping, and design thinking, fostering innovation-driven, user-centric, and industry-oriented learning. His professional interests include design innovation, emerging manufacturing technologies, and sustainable product development. Outside academics, he enjoys playing chess, exploring emerging technologies, and lifelong learning.
