NIFT Bhopal organized “Vastra Vinyas” - a design collection fashion show on 27th July 2018 presented by the Fashion Designing and Clothing Technology (FDCT) Students of 2017-18 Batch, fortifying the fashion stature of our country. FDCT students came out with a design collection so that gaps of society at large are filled. In order to promote the “art and crafts heritage of Madhya Pradesh”, students worked on designs to make fashionable and marketable products out of “art and crafts heritage of Madhya Pradesh” such as Chanderi , Maheshwari , Bagh Print, Zari and Metal craft. The programme had four rounds namely Vastrakriti, Navriti, Alankrita and Suramya.
