Ms Punam Passi is Assistant Professor in Fashion Design Department and specialises in Product Development, Marketing and Merchandising. She teaches undergraduate courses and leads research in Product Development, Sustainable Fashion, Cultural Study.

Ankit Priyadarshi is an accomplished Product and Graphic Design professional with over a decade of experience in product development, branding, visual communication, and design leadership. Currently serving as Manager – Product & Graphic Design at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt. Ltd., he leads product, graphic, and website design initiatives, ensuring brand consistency while aligning creative strategies with organizational objectives.

Sandeep Mohanty, a graduate of NIFT Bhubaneswar from the BFT department (2014–2018), has developed a successful career in the technology and customer experience domain. He is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Adobe, where he focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting customer needs, and driving effective adoption of digital solutions.

A graduate of NIFT Bhubaneswar, Fashion Communication (2012–2016), this accomplished professional has established a successful career as a Fashion and Commercial Photographer. With expertise in fashion photography, visual storytelling, and brand campaigns, they have worked with leading luxury and lifestyle brands, including Dior, Christian Louboutin, Anita Dongre, Masaba, Tanishq, Sephora, and AJIO Luxe.

Annie Bhardwaj, a graduate of NIFT Bhubaneswar from the Fashion Communication department (2014–2018), has built her professional career in the beauty and fashion communication industry. She is currently associated with L’Oréal Professional, where she works in brand communication and social media initiatives. Her role involves developing communication strategies, strengthening brand presence, and engaging audiences through digital and social media platforms.

Mr. Shakti Prasad Nayak completed his graduation from NIFT Bhubaneswar (2014–2018) and has built a career in the apparel and fashion industry. Starting his professional journey in design, he progressively developed expertise in apparel design, product development, and design management. Through his industry experience, he has taken on increasing responsibilities and currently serves as Design Manager at SG Apparels, Gurgaon, contributing to design development and overall product direction.

Ms. Itisha Sharma (2013–2017), a NIFT Bhubaneswar alumna, has built a dynamic career in fashion marketing and brand management. Starting her professional journey after graduation, she developed expertise in marketing strategy, brand communication, consumer engagement, and business development. Her industry experience has enabled her to work in the competitive fashion and lifestyle sector, taking on progressively responsible roles.

Ms. Srishti Tanwani is the Co-Founder & CEO of Indo Era, a leading Indian ethnic-wear fashion brand that has scaled to over ₹500 crore in revenue without external funding. She holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology and a Master’s in Fashion Management from NIFT Bhubaneswar, and her early experience in e-commerce shaped her consumer-centric approach to retail.The seed for Indo Era was sown much earlier than 2018 - in childhood, watching her mother run her boutique and seeing how fashion could be personal and empowering.
