Dr. Goutam Saha is an Associate Professor with the Department of Fashion Management Studies for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Bhubaneswar.  At present, he has around  26 years of experience in industry and academics. He has been teaching consumer behavior, research methodology  ,  sustainability and entrepreneurship-related subjects in NIFT for the last twelve years at UG and PG students.

Dr. Goutam Bar is an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Bhubaneswar, where he has served since 2012. He specializes in textile science, textile chemical processing, fabric quality assurance, woven structures, CAD for Jacquard, natural fibres, and sustainable textiles. He holds a B. Tech in Textile Technology and an MBA in Supply Chain Management, and completed his Ph.D. in Design from Banasthali University.

Myself Dr. Chittaranjan Sahoo Asst Professor fashion  communication department of Visual Arts specializes in painting Iam  teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses and leads research seminars and book  writing articles  writting and PhD Supervisor scence 2017: Iam joined the NIFT in 2022 Past:  iam previously served as Head of the Department  GCAC from 2007to 2012 Past: Iam  received my PhD from the Utkal university of culture ,Bhubaneswar,Odisha 2014.

Supriya Munda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Communication at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhubaneswar. She is a graduate in Textile Design from NIFT Bengaluru (2009 batch) and holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and Communication. She is currently pursuing her PhD and has over 17 years of professional experience across industry and academia.

Deepak Padhi is an Assistant Professor and SDAC (Student Development Activity Coordinator) at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Bhubaneswar. He teaches courses in User Experience (UX), Interaction Design, and Communication Design. His research interests include Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Educational Technology, HCI4D and ICTD.

Ritesh Panda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Design at NIFT Bhubaneswar, with over a decade of teaching experience in visual arts, art history, aesthetics, and philosophy. He holds B.V.A. and M.V.A. degrees in Art History and Aesthetics from the Faculty of Fine Arts, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and has previously taught at MSU Baroda, Maharaja Ranjitsinh Gaekwad Institute of Design, Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar, and Lovely Professional University.
