Mr. Chakravarthy P is an Associate Professor in the Department of Fashion Technology at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Chennai. He specializes in pattern making, garment construction, apparel CAD, virtual sampling, and apparel production. He brings extensive academic and industry experience, combining over Fifteen years of teaching with more than seven years of professional practice in pattern making and CAD systems.

Sridhar Amanchy is an Associate Professor with the Department of Knitwear Design at NIFT Chennai Campus. He is a Proud Alumnus from the First Batch of Knitwear Design & Technology from NIFT Chennai in 2002. His Practice as Faculty focuses on orienting the young minds to multi-disciplinary approach of Fashion & Designers.

Dr. R. Vijayalakshmi serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Leather Design and currently holding the additional responsibility of Student Development Activity Coordinator at National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai. She specializes in 3D Apparel CAD, fashion digital sketching, leather craft techniques, garment pattern making, and construction with academic qualification of B.S., M.Sc., M.Phil., M.B.A., and a Ph.D. with NET.

Mr Jayaraj is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Fashion Management Studies and specialises in Fashion Marketing and Branding. He teaches Fashion Management subjects like Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Neuro Marketing, Export Merchandising, and more to postgraduate and Undergraduate students. He joined NIFT in the year 2014. He previously served as Assistant Manager – Product Development from 2010 to 2014 and as a Style Manager at Ambattur Clothing Private Ltd between 2006 and 2008.
